How do we use SetCPU's function if i am on stock ROM? Anyone have any idea?

Is it really true what they say about the native samsung browser eating away your battery more and outside browser like Dolphin HD consumes less battery thus making it a better option?

A newbie on rooting and flashing. if we root our phone to lets say RocketRom or CheckRom, if there is an update from Samsung on new Android firmware like ICS, are we still able to download and install the latest ICS?

I have this as well. I think it happens to all Note users. Probably a small fault on all AMOLED screens.
