huh... juz blow torch la... tats da only way...

find sniper hideout or being stealth when your team flag being capped by enemy then blow his head off ...thats how I got mine

Mine was some poor engineer who was camping.. I torched him and he didn't know what happened. Try sniper, they're much easier to torch as they only have handguns with them. Other classes might kill you before you could half torch them.
