anyone knows how to add chinese input to ICS 4.0.3?

Try QQ pinyin... I think better than Google Pinyin and Go Keyboard.

Thanks for the information.. Btw, mine is a i9023, the ICS stock rom that they mentioned is "i9020T Android 4.0.3 package". So I think it is the same? Just to make sure I didnt download a wrong version. Thank you.

Guys, i am having problem using some applications after flashing to ICS. I am now thinking of flashing it back to GB. Can I just download the stock ROM and flash it back? Just like how I flash to ICS. Please help to advise. Thanks.

what are the applications that you are having problem with ??

I find that ICS is really better on the battery compared to GB despite having higher stats for "Android OS" in battery usage.

Running stock ICS with stock kernel here. So far pretty happy with the upgrade smile.gif

I am actually having trouble with QQ IM and Viber...and I agree on the battery life...its really better then when its running on stock 2.3.6. I guess I'll just have to be patient until the apps get upgraded??????

Guys, need more information on clockwork recovery and nandroid backup.

I read that, to install this custom recovery I need to root my device and restore factory setting...is there any other way do install this recovery? where I dont need to restore factory setting? What is the different of clockwork recovery if compared to the stock recovery.

And can anyone help to explain on nandroid backup? does it backup everything includes app? or just back up the previous version of firmware before I flash to a newer ROM.

Hope that some sifus can help to explain more. Thanks.

Guys, when i flash to stock 2.3.6 back. There is no notification update for ics. Why?
*
Coz Google have stopped OTA updates. You have to flash yourself.

Mind sharing your ICS setup right now... stock or custom ROM. What kernel...

Normally full wipe would cure your problem...
