My dear bold owners..

I'm considering bold for the sleek design, powerful engine and gadgeteries inside ( i.e dvd, reverse camera bla bla)

But being a proton product, and with complications of the turbo setup, can this beast perform well over 9 years ( not rich la..plan to use till abis loan term)?

Techy guru's or any proton affiliates, be it engineers or fans, can please enlighten me..

Thank you in advance..

the turbo is from warner-borg
and despite having the turbo....proton limited the torque to maintain the reliability of the engine and more importantly to match the CVT GB
can last 9 years or not...no one knows...proton's exora bold that proton is testing that u saw them on the road...they have tested it until 250000KM and still going
but i know 1 thing for sure, if u dn't take care of the engine well(didn't service on time)....no engine in this world would last even 5 years
just service it on time...changed the necessary part on time...it should last u quite long
dn't come back here and complain when proton break down when u the owner didn't even change engine oil on time, GB oil on time, coolant on time, belts on time etc etc

Thank you for the reply...its a relief to hear htey have tested the car to 2500000 km. My 5 yrs of using the current car is only 80k km, never miss any oil change/ filter change, follow the manual religously.

Fuel fc i heard is around 10-12L per 100 km, is that correct?

What about the internal i.e dashboard, kerusi, bla bal, any issue (since the first launch)?

Sorry a lot of question la bang...As i mentioned not so rich have to be careful lah icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif
