During first service, technician say not a problem, seat got free play.
I just say ok..
Then I found out that one fella from Terengganu has same problem and got replacement.
I straight away called to Icare and report my problem.
Next day PE call me and asked me to come for appointment.
Then on 2nd service, the service lady informed that the seat is ok and even offer me to check on different car under service..
She tried to rock the driver seat and would not move..
She was surprised and she got the point.

Next thing i know, she passed me a slip stating that new front seat (driver and passenger)  has been ordered.

My advice..  Don't believe SC 100%. Checked at other forums or users. Then call to ICARE...

Only the seat back. I can rocking it by hand and got click sound as well.
Last Monday,  PE called.
My replacement seats has arrived already.
Only problem, I was unable find free date to do it.
Maybe end of this month will go to SC.

Been using the EB for about 4 months now, and here's some of my not so nice experiences
2. Oil leak. SC changed oil seals and drive belt. So far no more leak

did u set your mode to "circulate"?
if yes thn your temperature only need to set to 50% enough already
75% is too high

just got my bold yesterday 

couple of questions:

1. whistle sound during 70kmh on the driver side
2. grrrrrr sound very noticable yesterday but today tends to be not so noticable but still got sound (player off)
3. klak klak sound ocassionally but hardly noticable while player is on

odo : 150km (need more run-in?)
fuel consumption : 11.7 / 100km

the handle is ok for me not too tight just nice for me to open.

for the whistling sound it must be due to to poor workmanship. Not sure whether the SC will ever replace them but I'll ask them when 1k service interval

Item#1. Attached is a photo to show.
I personally think that it's a design issue. Too much free play on the handle.
Saga, Persona, Satria Neo share the same handle unfortunately it's not an issue. (Their handle don't have some much free play compare with Exora)

It should happen to all Exora (Bold, FL etc), let me know if it happen to your Exora also.

After complaining to SC, they said can touch-up for me, unfortunately they can't guaranty it won't happen again. I think it will happen again since the issue is not address!
Will complain to iCare later.
Item#2, should be under warranty, if they don't honour it, I will complain to iCare. (Waiting for part)
Item#3, I notice it about 2 months ago when I wash my car. Understand it's an issue with Exora (Blod, FL etc)
Waiting for parts to arrive.
By the way, I am also waiting for 'Rear View Mirror with LCD'.
I don't have any issue with the mirror/LCD, but SC said got issue. They had order a new one for me.
(Probably there is some known issue with the mirror/LCD, they are doing a silent replacement once they detect the mirror/LCD belong to the problem batch)

if u scare its a problem...better check with A/C shop that uses sanden/denso aircon
if u go to SC, workshop...places/people that are not specialize in this sector, they will only refill the gas for u(10/10 will do the same)

1.that is normal actually...car A/C is different than home A/C....home a/c work all the time but it gets cold very slow...need like 15 min
car A/C gets cold very fast but the compressor doesn't work all the time....it kicks in like every 35-45secs...it does not constantly working to pump in cold air
2.not sure how long is your long, take to those shop and let them check, cuz they know the characteristic of the A/C.....i can't see/feel, so i can't tell u normal or not
u just have to know car A/C compressor doesn't work all the time, it kicks in every 35-45 second(for like 5-10 sec)...u can hear like something blowing from the vent

1.have u already set the temperature to the low position?..or lowest possible to make it cooler?.
2.seems like ur sensor problem..the sensor controls the clutch at the compressor if im not mistaken..
