radiator fan? its normal for turbo charger, the fan will continue to spin for a few more minutes to cool the system down after you off the engine to make sure the engine don't overheat due to the additional and hot air pressure...x satisfy with the fan, after i off the engine, still the fan turning...is it like dat...?how frequent the fan turns,,..?
