If you see the 004 preview from 003, it clearly shows that gaara fight with the Akatsuki. But whats with the episode 10? You've jump to episode 10 already?

hmmm, I skipped all the fillers, so I think episode 3 is quite fun and it helps me to refresh stuff that I watched almost 1 1/2 year ago (naruto first season)
