but isnt 6 days a week training abit too much?
no recovery period

plus I'm very skinny...maybe not so obvious in the pic (people say camera add 10 pounds..lol)

Actually my workout plan is skips day like today is weight training and second day do cardio and third day is weight n etc... smile.gif the other way is if you want to pump up your body only i mean bigger body do this cus i did it experience b4 like skips day also today weight, second day rest, third day do weight again and so on... smile.gif but important thing is your diet always do check lists of your diet & also do advance workout plan and do properly. Thats it! you can have a very fit body then. hope this help you bro. smile.gif

lots of different views there, but IMO yes. though not as much as your weight training. too much cardio is detrimental. how much is too much kinda depends on you, so long as your cardio session are not affecting your weight training its alright.

Good luck on final exam. And do watch your diet. You should eat lesser than you usually does, well because you ain't training unless you want to add flab around your stomach.
