Shoot.... why can't we buy like Apple Store in HK and S'pore, each customer allowed to buy 4 units outright... here all the iphones are controlled by contract with Telco

Given tonight will be official launch of iPhone 4S on Apple Store MY.

Is it worth to buy from the website, or buy at telcos along with the plan?

If I could, I would get from the website but I always see people want to offer buy the plan but don't want the phone. Is it the plan for the iphone is not available to those who buy the iphone from Apple Store?

Yes I know that but the thing is whether its more value to get the phone from Apple Store or direct from Telco.

Put delivery time aside, if one buys from Telco, they get certain plan. This plan can buy seperately without the need to buy iPhone from Telcos (say you already have iPhone). Its like the plan you can only get if you buy iPhone from that Telco judging by how many people offer to "want plan but don't want phone" thread.
