I am using Maxis carrier. Everytime I use foursquare, will I get charge when using location services?

My best record only.. the rest sometimes I will get close to 6 hours usage but standby won't be as good. Left overnight 6 hours with 3G and wifi off but normal cellular signal on. Hope they fix the battery issue in 5.1 -.-
