Some said sign 1 contract can buy 1 outright, and some also said can buy 4 outright with 1 signing, which one is true, can anyone confirm this?

can purchase as many outright as you can.......my friend purchase 2 outright on the spot.
At 1st, before go in, he ask, can't buy outright, once enter vip lounge, anything can happen..lol... |

do update where can buy iPhone 4s with contract at maxis centre in kl, selangor...just miss the booking period close on tuesday night  ..klcc launch event will entertain walk in customer? thx |
