I had skin problems like psoriasis before I started taking resveratrol. It's a powerful polyphenolic anti-oxidant ocurring naturally in plants (in particular Japanese knotweed). Great improvement on my skin. No more skin peeling and no more 'little bumps' under my facial skin. No further need for creams and lotions. Pycnogenol may also help
Do your research before you buy.

QUOTE(shin gouki @ Jan 25 2012, 02:15 AM) Now I'm taking ling zhi or ganoderma plus pollen. It really helps a lot n my skin is recovering slowly. Not to mention I completely stop using steroid since December bcoz it cause my face to become so red. Now my arms and face is less flaky n less skin peeling. Although they still dry, but they are much better than last time which my skin will easily cracked. But then the cost of ganoderma is extremely expensive n not really affordable to everybody. But I think it is not wasted. Is olivenol really effective on eczema? I tried it last time which is the bottle drop one, but the effect is minimal. +1 for Ling Zhi , and to add on to it Omega 3 and Flaxseed oil
