My advice is to ask your daughters to stop using the steroid cream. It'll thin out your daughter's skin and this is irreversible. I used it for long term also because of my eczema, and now my skin is very thin around the areas affected by eczema, so it tends to gets flaky easily with any twist in your skin eg squeezing pimple or blackheads, then it'll turn red because the outer skin has peeled off.My advice is find the trigger for it to flare up, and try to control from there. Steroid cream won't solve the problem but only provide relief for the time being, with a side effect that will be permanent
