Well different skin for ppl, you having oily skin? mine is super dry skin... so Vaseline is saviour to me... it is so effective till I dropped topical steroid, antihistamine and other skin moisturizing lotion...

Usually product feat. in Magazine does not suit most of the eczema patient here. Not even the common body shampoo for eczema.
Most of us found the way out thru trial and errors, and of course info about the root of cause of eczema.
Eczema is kinda unique to every ppl...
Hi air. my best friend's mom whom sufferred eczema for 35 years. she has been tried many methods, medication, creams, bath soap, etc.. and yet not successful. Just 11mths ago, she just change her breakfast into a healthy breakfast and just 8 days only, her itchiness reduced. Now 11mths maintaining her healthy breakfast, her problem resolved! She used to have high blood pressure, high sugar level and high cholesterol for some years but ever since changing into healthy breakfast 11 mths ago, all these issues also normal and stable. she no need to depend on medication on this!!
