Terminated Astro Byond, What to do with decoder & Dish?

i want to terminate astro beyond....was told must pay penalty due to 2 yrs contract. when sign-up that time promoter din say anything abt contract also.
so must return the card? what abt the decoder? |

went to cancel yesterday....but effective 27Aug....and kena pay penalty cos left 1 more yr contract.
