got myself a bag from jajabinx here, here's a small review : -
what i like about the bag,
- the looks! it looks cool and really nice.
- it stands out, it attracts attention, but not the WRONG kind of attention
- it fits my stuff nicely, it CAN fit a camera with grip and lens attached but its very tight, not really nice. fits my 60D + 17-50 attached, nissin di622, samyang 8mm fisheye, fujifilm x10, blackberry, wallet, ipad, and all the small stuff like batteries, etc etc.
- there's a padded area in the bag, which is sort of a quick access area (as can be seen outside the bag, the flap. lift the flap, unzip the zip then you can get whatever's inside that compartment). when i went to singapore, i used it to put my passport etc etc. normally people use it for compacts, but when i put my fuji x10 inside its hard to take out coz the zip's kinda small.
- the material the bag is made of, its rough but smooth at the same time O.O. sort of like those gunny sack material where people put rice in, but smoother. there were a few cases where i dripped food on it (chocolate, gravy, curry, yes i'm a messy eater) which would definetely have left a stain permanently on any bag, i just used a wet tissue and rubbed it vigorously and everything came off! it's also water resistant! the wet water mark will disappear after awhile, and the bag will look brand new!

what i don't like about the bag
- price.
- the weight distribution, its not as good as one would think. the thick padded strap is actually the main problem ( especially for those without broad shoulders, namely me lol). it puts all the weight of the bag on one shoulder, but if you want can just sling it over the right shoulder, but less secure than over the body though.
- price.
- bag isn't as big as i thought. but its big enough for what i need.
- price.
- its bulky a bit, but if you tighten the strap so that its very close to your body shouldn't be a problem, but i banged a lot of people when i'm out with this bag lol.
- price.
- the compartment dividers inside the bag is only specifically designed that way, meaning you can't move the divider slightly to the left, or to the right. you can either leave it where it is or just take it out coz the velcro is only at that spot. i would have choosen to move the divider seperating my camera and my lens a bit, so that my camera has more space, the compartment for the camera seems tight a bit, but not a big problem.

well, all i can say is, if you've got loads of gear, trying to fit everything into this bag, please DON'T get this bag. it's just not worth it! get this bag only if you're those hobby-ists looking for a nice little bag to carry just what one would need for jalan jalan.

it can fit a 70-200L standing though, just that the weight would be...... if you've got a 5D mk2 with grip + 24-105 + a few other L's and speedlites and NEED/WANT to fit everything in this bag, don't get it! better off with a backpack!

best is you could bring what you want to fit into the bag to the shop to check out whether you can fit what you need. don't worry, jajabinx is a really nice person and the customer service there is GREAT! i got lost for almost an hour and luckily she guided my way there.

don't get be wrong tongue.gif, i really love the bag, just thought that maybe some should know a few points before getting this bag. i've got no regrets getting this bag. i've used it as a normal bag as well, just put in my x10 in the compact camera compartment, remove all the dividers then can just put in books (like going to school) but i don't think there'd be people who would bring a bag with this kinda price tag to school tongue.gif. anyway, love the bag, do get this bag if you want a nice looking bag which can fit decent amount of gears and what you NEED. don't try to bring out all your gear coz it'll give you a sore neck later on tongue.gif
