If wall tile, as mentioned by others above, best to get a drill bit specially for drilling tiles.
Hardware shop got, should be <RM10.

Carefully, slowly drill thru the tile first.
After you hit cement, and hole in tile is big enough, then change to masonry bit and continue carefully.

If floor tile, homogenous heavy duty type, I see my termite controller just drill thru with that heavy duty drill.
When I ask him to be careful, he just smiled and drilled even faster.
