Yes, 3DS is region locked

got tracking, but tracking is from japan post which only shows that it has reached malaysian soils, and despatched for delivery. no malaysian tracking number for malaysian counterpart so all i can do is wait...and wait....

Nevermind, at least your hands won't ache once the game and 3DS arrive. My hands have been in pain for a week now, even on the shoulders. I have history of bad physical pain from too much gaming
