Yeap in your case then Celcom's plans are best for you hands down!

Take Celcom if you call regularly to people with Celcom lines to enjoy the free mins, if not Maxis. Period. IMO All depends on your usage.....

This you need to really confirm with Celcom themselves. Because like last year Maxis for the iPhone 4 when they came out with the plans also was like Celcom, didn't mention SMS whether off or on net. Turns out it was on net.

Unfortunately they WILL refer you to 123....

They will refund the RM300 to you over a 12 month period...they will deduct from your bill. Ultimately they will still be paying you back your 300 what...

I believe other telcos also need to pay this "commitment" fee?

Well you can update if you don't plan to jailbreak your phone. Seems a jailbreak for 5.0 and 5.0.1 is really close to being released so you'll have to wait longer if you update to 5.1 and want to jailbreak.

Best way to test how stable or fast your telco lines are when you get your phone...just try using Siri on 3G and then on Unifi or any high speed connection and compare the response times.

One thing for sure though, Siri works good on Maxis.

I don't think you will be able to do this during launch though since stocks will be limited and only allocated 1 unit per ROI.

Probably at warranty level? where units bought from Maxis if anything wrong need to send back to Maxis and for those bought from the online Apple store probably...well...really not sure about this, maybe they have appointed the authorised resellers here to handle warranty issues as well.

Not really la bro. Shops like Machines, I can send it to any outlet. They will still help you to transport to their service centre. Same for iPods or any device you buy from them and I'm sure the iPhone 4S will be no different. The only difference is the waiting time, if you send direct to their service center itself immediately they can attend to your device. If you send it to say Machines KLCC there will be some waiting time for them to send to their service center and back if you opt to collect it at KLCC also. You still can send to any outlet and they will still help you claim.

If the cut out at the side of your cases is one large one then high chances it will fit.

If the cut outs are specifically for the silent button and another cut out specifically for the volume buttons, most likely it won't fit...
