QUOTE(liez @ Jan 2 2012, 01:51 AM) a lil understand. so 1 game will have 81 strikers. to score one inning, a team's hitter must be able to score in 3 outs max. i saw once they place, once hitter hit, he threw his bat on the floor and run one round then back to his position that consider as one score, then if hitter get to do that in one of max 3 outs, next team hitter's will be in action to play next round. and about position, got so many? All I saw was, one throw, one catch(assuming in opposite team and he catch do deny the hitter to hit), and one hit (so this guy is the striker-like role, he hit then threw his bat, then run one round then pick up the ball back to his position then score one) something like that right. sounds like beside the hitter, others got not much to play (like the role of goalkeeper). I think he hit home run, that's why he run through all the bases. Home run is only legit in between two huge yellow post on left and right side of field. Anyway, if a home run was hit, and they have let's say 2 players on base, the team earns 3 runs (1 hitter + 2 runners on base). If there are 3 players on base with less than 3 out, it's called base loaded. If next batter hits home run, it's called a grand slam (earns 4 runs with 1 hit). It is possible for same player to be involved in same inning twice if defense team could not get 3 outs. Some times team change pitcher just for this occasion. Offense involve only 1 player at a time where as defense will have full team ( a pitcher, 1 catcher, 3 base player and 6 player outfield on grass). Every offense player will be involved in defense except for designated hitter who only plays offense. This post has been edited by mechazawa11: Jan 2 2012, 02:32 AM

QUOTE Graham Poll: When That Man takes on Robin, it's no contestNeil Warnock versus Robin van Persie is, on the surface, hardly a fair match for me to adjudicate but necessary after the Queens Park Rangers manager accused the Arsenal striker of persistent, undetected fouling following Rangers’ 1-0 defeat at the Emirates. Van Persie scored the only goal of the game, almost scored another and made what should have been a second Arsenal goal, only for Gervinho to spurn the chance. In each of those three moves, the Dutchman never touched an opponent and certainly did nothing against the laws of the game. Warnock contradicted himself in his outburst, claiming: ‘He gets away with murder. Every long ball that comes down he gets his arm up, he fouls the centre half but he does it in a way that they don’t give it so it’s obviously within the laws of the game.’ read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...raham-Poll.html Right, RVP only use his upper body strength. Lots of striker do the same. I still remember Ronaldinho style when dribbling, his upper body and hand play big part when he brushed off the opposition player. Maybe Warnock just bitter that his strikers were ineffective due to Koscielny tight marking. This post has been edited by Angel of Deth: Jan 2 2012, 07:28 AM
