actually very simply if yo have all the tools ready. why not try DIY i/o gv a contractor to do....furthermore it just a floor tiling and not so big area.
if u ask contractor will cost you around rm200 easily just for workmanship... |

u can use hammer hit the cement floor make it roughen.
