i recommend casemate tough case...

so what's it gone thru?

-fell asleep once in a bus and sgs2 was in before i dozed off. when i got up. sgs2 on da floor, facedown
-have fallen many times frm bed without me noticing (sleeping also)
-many many minor abuses
-my sgs2 is without backcover(200mah battery kit wont fit nicely with backcover).  rclxms.gif
*
+1 on this. bought this for myself and 2 other friends. still awesome smile.gif

QUOTE(areev19 @ Dec 12 2011, 05:06 PM)
me also using casemate tough with 2000mah battery, but without the battery back cover. i did simple modification though around the camera area, so that the rubber part of the casemate tough can fit nicely.  thumbup.gif

Thinking of getting Ultra Optics. Is it nearly as good as ultra crystal? The current one I'm using now is a super crap matte screen, it's so grainy. Is the Ultra Optics grainy?
*
not sure but my point of view is why waste the SAMOLED+ with a matte sp whistling.gif

but that's just me

antt00,

Can you recommend me a kernel that has bootanimation, good battery life, working bluetooth mouse, and maybe NTFS support? Voltage Control support would be awesome.

I am sick of how the latest Siyah kernels do not support bluetooth mice. I am currently running the Hellcat Kernel. How good is the battery life with this kernel?

Considering running Speedmod kernel because of how good the battery life is according to you.

Edit: My mouse cannot seem to connect now either....changing to stock kernel to see just what the hell is wrong with the custom kernels.

Which ones actually support bluetooth mice?
*
speedmod gave me great battery life when i was on CheckROM 2.0..nearly 2 days even with my normal usage (games + video + audio + lots of whatsapp)

Why s2 so bad second hand value! Last month I sold my iphone 4 @ rm 1600 in 30 minutes with 6 offers. It is a replacement unit with no more warranty! Now put up s2 for sales @ 1600 ( lost rm 300) just bought last month with 2 years warranty! But until now no one interested! Sad!

thou shalt not compare iphone and android.

People have different mentality regarding these 2 OSes in Malaysia doh.gif

All custom kernels seems to have BT HID broken. Except for the few that merely repack stock kernel with modified scripts only. Hence I'm back to CF-KK5, forget about whatever voltage control and IO tweaks. I feel the CF-Root kernel is as good as others.
*
as long as you feel it's good, then that's all that matters! thumbup.gif

Ultra Optics isn't as clear as any cheap RM10 clear SP?
How clear is the Ultra Optics?

I just need some comparison with any cheapo clear SP since I'm using one. And also I can't just buy Steinheil Ultra Optics and just throw it away if I don't like it because it's very expensive. What's your take on this? Thanks! smile.gif
*
i still recommend Ultra Crystal tongue.gif

There are some aspects of Blackberry that Android and iPhone still can't beat it. Integration and user experience is good there.

Eh guys, I want to flash Superrom but I get md5 mismatch when i select the rom, how?
*
re-download the ROM and check it once it completes (open the rar file and ensure no error)

md5 mismatch is because incomplete/corrupted download (usually)

No error when opening the file, I transfered the folder  onto my memory and click restore from CWM straight already get md5 mismatch liao :|
*
don't think that's the right procedure to flash sweat.gif

restore = restore from nandroid backup (CWM created restore file)

please re-read the xda thread and confirm or post link here if what you said is true.
