Hi guys, i'm back again, with lots of questions. Hope you guys won't mind so much.

1. Major problem: BATTERY WON'T LAST LONG! (Yes I've followed Samsung's instructions to drain the battery first before charging for 8 hours long). Listening to music thru earphones for 2 hours only used 3% of battery, but other's, wow.
No comment cos not enough info.



2. You know those background running apps? I got a appkiller and with that app, i found out that all the apps are popping up secretly. And after i killed them, they kept on started to run secretly (even the samsung app killer doesn't show them).



Hey, any ideas how to stop them?
Never had a need nor used task killer and dun recommend it.

3. z4root won't work? i tried both temporary and permanent root but nothing happened?
You wanna root, use custom kernel. Its the easiest way

4. Do I need an SD card for this phone?
Only you know the answer to this cos its up to the user.

5. This phones hanged twice, i mean, REALLY HANG.
My phone never hang unless i am playing with kernel. What were you doing while it hang? More info la.

6. GPS software for this device? (e.g. PAPAGO)?
Papago, sygic, gmap etc. again up to u.

7. Where to get cheap and nice accessories for this phone? (Speaker dock, portable battery, etc.)
Samsung store..

8. Will you spend RM88 for a silicone case and RM188 for a flip pouch for this phone?
My phone is mostly naked accept i am at work.

Need some advice on the GPS. Just installed PAPAGO X5 on the SGS2 and tested it yesterday on the road. I found that for some reason, the GPS seems to lose signal easily. Tested with GPS Status and another GPS software for the signal.

When i use PAPAGO, driving on the highway, sometimes, the PAPAGO will freeze for a while (i suspect it lost the GPS) and won't move, sometime later when it picked up the signal again, it'll jump to the current location and proceed. I don't have such problem with my old HTC Desire...

Samsung phones seems like having a lot of GPS issue (including the original Galaxy S ...)...anyone have solution or similar experience?

I notice samsung phone charger is the same for S2 & W.

i tot after plug in the phone, drag down the notification bar and u'll c it? or its only applicable to custom rom?   stock memories is fading
