As per title, this past few weeks i've been training my biceps almost everyday and i found out that my forearms are getting pain.
First my right arm suffered my pain and then now it's worst my left arm is slightly feeling the pain as well.
Should i stop my bicep and forearm routines for a period?
How long should i rest? I don't wanna get left out too long too.

U are not supposed to train a muscle group everyday, they need to rest too

It is recommended u train them once a week per muscle group with proper diet for faster recovery/growth

by the way, r u sure you are doing the exercises correctly. When ur forearm is in pain, this suggest you are not doing it correctly.

do you consume any supplement? i mean body-building supplement?

Here is the case,

If you are train without consume any supplement, you need to rest 1-2 days in between after workout as your body do not have enough nutrition to heal back the muscle.

If you train with supplement along, I don't see there's any possibility to get pain since the supplement provide enough nutrition to heal your muscle.

UNLESS your workout method was wrong OR sleep not enough OR you overdo the workout where you hold something which is not under your capability.

From your advice i guess it's because i lack any supplement and also the reason is i got any lack of sleep.
Does clubbing or drinking twice a week had anything to do with it? Haha.
Sorry coz i'm a very enthusiastic body builder and a heavy clubber.

In order to shape your muscle well and get a healthy muscle build up, you need to have enough sleep and also drink enough water. How to sleep how to drink I think you also know...^^

Regarding supplement, I don't know the condition of your body

If you feel you still not bigger enough, I mean in term of size and mass - I recommend a product call Optimum Serious Mass, I personally took it and able to grow 4kg in a month

If your muscle group is well developed and you want to shape it into nice cutting - I recommend a product call Optimum Whey Protein. I plan to take it when I reach my desired body size.

About your night life, Its easy to settle, IF that night you going to club, then pls don't workout on that day. The concept is easy, don't overstress your body when you know you got many activity to do ^^

Look, supplements are not miracle-workers. With or without them you need to rest.

The training your biceps every single day part. The biceps are a very small muscle group. Training them every day is counter productive. Hit each muscle group one a week, HARD, then let it rest.

bicep everyday = bicep pain

see the equation yet?

p.s. a muscle part should be left to rest at least 48 hours to get optimum benefits. go figure

i hope your arms doesn't look like this

not photochopped, it's just a common picture of a curlbro who doesn't work his shoulder but yes DOMS, at least rest for 48 hours for best recovery
