What about parking at the LRT station?
*
That is a good alternative... I'll try it next time. For today, I'm going to Empire. smile.gif

You obviously didn't pay your parking at the autopay machine INSIDE the club which will cost only RM1 flat!
*
Interesting. I think RM1 is only for after office hours... Morning first hour rm3, subsequent rm2.

Can you try it out before replying?

If you goto The Curve, there are many booths there pimping their OCBC credit card. It used to be there for quite some time, near the piano player (or JuiceBoost). Not sure if it's still there.

Cardholders can get discount at eateries at The Curve, not exactly sure which ones... (most of them, actually).

I see, I aim at their 8% cash back on everything.  hmm.gif

Not bad the card. I have been using it for months. Their website makes it easy to pay CC Bills.

(Lets not talk more about it here... back to FF related conversation pls )

Yes, agree. Attack and Step is bad for the knees, Pump is bad for the back - if your posture is not right.

In fact you're not supposed to do Attack too often in a week. I was told by one of the instructor that the max should be 3 classes a week and nothing more. But sometimes I'd get so gungho I would do 4-5 classes a week. I'd avoid moves like jumping lunges... will sometimes do the option instead. Wouldn't want to strain my knee too much unsure.gif
*
How about Balance? I started last week and it was great. Although I wasn't able to keep my balance and occasionally fall off ... tongue.gif

Do you feel body or leg ache after BB?
*
Unfortunately no... Probably wasn't doing enough? It felt good after class though. Whose class do you attend?

Hmmm agree, I don't feel ache too but my friend complained he felt pain all over especially the legs.

I was at Setia City FF last Tuesday - Cheryl's class. You? Want to go for Chester's class this Sunday!
*
I go to Brian's on Wednesday morning at Summit USJ... 7:15am. A bit embarrassing to be the only guy in a room full of ladies. LOL

*
Yeah Brian Looi. I used to go to his RPM class but have been skipping due to work (read: lazy) ...

His RPM class is damn intense. You should try it.

Totally agree with you. That's one reason I have yet to step foot in Summit FF despite some interesting classes at times. I heard that the FF outlet is just average... and some of the classes really have serious issues with lack of members.
*
Yes it is just average. In fact, the lifting area is so small, I really HAVE to go in the morning so there wouldn't be anyone else around. Yesterday I had it all to myself. smile.gif

RPM only had one participant. Lonely dao...

The other reason is that retail shops in the Summit Shopping Centre are not so interesting compare to Empire/ Curve etc.
*
True that, but I don't visit retail shops. In fact, I go in the early morns! No shop opened at 7am. LOL.
