I have a property under my name and i would like to have a joint name with my wife.

Will they bank offer loan amount = purchase price?

Can apply for your wife's half share to be entitled for 50% rebate.
Ask this to a banker or mortgage consultant and they can advise you.  nod.gif

hi Dario , i have 1 property under my name and now i jointly purchase with my wife .

its our 1st property .

the lawyer told me we are not entitled for 50% stamp duty rebate , unless the property is under wife name only...

is that true ... Thanks
