hi Dario, if buy subsale house, after sign snp and loan agreement, can i start to renovate the house? or need to wait untill all the process 100% comfirm ok only start to renovate?

hi dario, i juz receive a call from bank and ask me start installment next month, but my lawyer said still need to wait for the title from pejabat tanah then only can get the key, is it normal?

Good day, normally lawyer will have the copy of floor plan or not? if i ask them to provide me the floor plan, should be no problem for them to provide is it?

you buying subsale house? i also found defect for my subsale house, but luckily ex owner promise to do it for me, i complain to the agent, after he agree to repair for me, i ask my lawyer to follow up .....
