hihi~~
if the condo purchase is still under construction, did the buyer need to submit CKHT 2A form to LHDN?? i'm wondering about that.  the law stated tat buyer need to submit the form to LHDN 60days after date of agreement. otherwise penalty will be imposed on buyer. can anyone clarify for me?? thanks~~  |
