For that budget u can get the ultimate fx lightsaber for rm159 i think, cheap version made of plastic
Or u could find the more realistic expensive version which is the force fx lightsaber retail at rm699, but this of course u r able to remove the blade from the tilt/handle

There is a slightly cheaper versio of force fx lightsaber retail at rm499, this one u cant remove the blade, dunno if its still available in market

If u still want the realistic version price around ur budget the i suggest u look for 2nd hand ones, maybe u could find it, sometimes if u lucky u could find brand new for that budget but very susah la
