Shebby Singh is intelligent. you need different types of players on the field. like Messi focus on his agility, Shebby SIngh rules the intelligence world while players like Drogba focus on strength.

Most of them has proven their worth, even has-been torres and old horse drogba, but carroll is just one-hit wonder. I don't see him stepping up into world class player unless he cleans up his act and drinking habit. I'd rather rate Gareth Bale as massive potential than him.
