wow 61...good one.
i'm using BIOS 623, the final version...tried 150 or izzit 140 (ada ke), didnt remember, loaded windows, super pi 8Mb ok, but cpuz didnt give me the reading for my mem speed e.g. 245 or something, but everything else is ok. cant do much about it since dfi is not supporting opty on nf4/3 mobo. which bios did u used?and 'bad super pi' means cannot complete or the time is no good? |

mine can load windows with 300x9...at stock voltage but failed at priming...gonna retest the baby since i havent put the as5 yet, the temp is too hi even at stock voltage...dunno la but i think if a guy bought a opty, surely want to oc, if want to oc, he should know about the ldt and ram timing as well --> he should already checked that one, i guess.

taking the ihs...hehe...no thanks, unlike u who have a collection of proc gems, i only have one maa...too risky.
tampoi: currently using the BTa version...and since mine is 9x multiplier, hitting a 3ghz wif air cooling wif our climate is near impossible...cabne 0530 prolly, cab2e 0540 + air cooling + our climate = near impossible (not impossible yet), will keep pushing |

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Apr 22 2006, 05:57 PM) haha, true. I gotta use back the Athlon XP for some CPLD application, bcoz those design kits need to use Parallel port while the stupid Lan Party nF4 tarak ! u meant prime on large fft?...i oso have the damn prob...proc has no prob on prime, ram on memtest86+ oso has no prob...but so hard to pass prime with large fft...actually my ram is yet to pass that test...even windows with fresh install oso cannot pass...so damn stuck now...Yeap, it is 1.40V from BIOS. Anything more than 2.7GHz wont stable in prime95 even if i put VID*104%, so i'll js burn in at 2.7GHz 1st b4 further o/c Now the headache part is RAM timing, always fail the Prime95 test, need more time to try other combinations How's the opty in yr bulk? Any superb o/c gem? |
