i believe stepping play a big role here, generally, CABNE and CABYE are good.

steppin is d key for good oc'bility...
ppl tend to think e3 clocks betta than e6 coz most of d users ledi shifted to opty while e6 is launched, so less attemps done. while e3 was available, it's like everybody (most likely budget oc'ers coz not everyone can afford sandy or fx) focusin on it. i was one of 'em... *pls correct me if i'm wrong...
