Lexan Solar Control IR 10 mm thick, would have 20dB on Sound Reduction

Thicker would give you a Lower Sound.

Wall partition uses 2-Wall ( Twin Wall) or 3 Wall which reduce Sound

Solid Sheet Lexan* ( usually 15 mm) is widely use in Oversea Countries ( Europe, America, Japan) as SOUND WALL in the Highway
This give a better view for the Resident Instead of BLANK Walls in Malaysia

What type of Polycarbonate are you using? Solid or Multi Wall

During raining where got cool air lah.  All the hot moisture raise. After raining than open the door. It damn noisy till I  can't watch tv.

Another problem is, after longtime it will britter abit. Some damn cat always jump down and like to land on my poly sheet. After sometime some poly sheet brick and fall down.

I think you purchased an Un-Coated Polycarbonate ( Which is NOT Chemical Resistant)
Transparent Plastics allow Light, UV & IR to pass through ( Your Car Dash Board is NOT Transparent, therefore, with UV Retardant, it will not spoils after many years)
However, UV Retardant will not work with Transparent Plastics
UV will Damage all material, even your White Shirt will turn yellow

You need to replace that.
Replace with a 10mm Twin-Wall, Better Heat Insulation, More Beautiful & Less Noise compare to 6mm
