Mine front will be 6 x 22, than my daughter and spare room maybe 4 x 4 x 2, and front first floor exit to front balcony 4 x 4, and my big master bedroom will be 12 x 4. That will sum up to about 228 Sqft yawn.gif

If RM 65 per sqft, that will be come ~ RM 15k

I need to rob a bank.

Where can I find this kind of awning? In other world, it call stand seam metal roof. The flat surface min is 15" width. Either flat or a bump but curve in.
