I wonder why the developer wants to build so many units of bigger size like 1,900 and 2,100. This kinda of size is rarely welcome in Puchong. It cost more than a superlink house.

yes agree with you.. if defect can be fix then is not a problem. they took ages to fix it. my case here is i reported the defect last year july but till now still has not been fix. complain few time and that few time aso need me to repeat what is the problem...

atmosfera beside defect has poor finishing as well. i dunno how to describe how poor, preferred you go there and take a look.

Atmosfera workmanship is bad, no doubt about that. But Villamas is a trusted developer i think.

When pass them the defect list must ask the developer make a received date stamping.
Then, you keep one copy and make one for your lawyer copies.
But before this make sure your lawyer haven't perform full release payment to your developer (usually last 5% haven't release to developer)
If after 3 month from the stamping date developer still haven't perform any fixes on the defect, you can ask fix  urself and claim from the last 5%.
(Correct process better consult your lawyer).
But nowadays most of panel lawyer they just release all the money to the developer, side to the developer more than the buyer.

Sorry to say but the site really like sampah.. The bulding semen color is like dark brown in color.. Compare to other project site like le yuen, seringin or even zest... Their semen can see very smooth....

Yeah, this is because that Parc Ville by IOI is almost demanding about RM600+ per sqft.

I think these ppl in this forum is overhyping to create a sensation of better demand for those condo. If you live in Puchong, there're places with way better location and pricing than in this dead ended location.
