If zero entry, I think have to use the bank panel lawyer for the loan agreement.

Zefer offers free SPA legal fees, with 1 condition, loan agreement must be done by the same lawyer.

Loan summary for Zefer :

Maybank :
90% loan, semi-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal charge RM25, can be done using M2U, minimum 1k

OCBC :
90% loan, semi-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal charge RM10, must be done at branch with 3 days advance notice, minimum 5k

Standard Chartered :
85% loan, full-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal no charge, monthly maintenance fee RM10

HSBC :
90% loan, full-flexi with BLR - 2.4
Pre-payment withdrawal no charge, monthly maintenance fee RM10

Correct me if the info is not right, add more bank if you know the details.

Just a reference for Zefer buyer.
