Zefer sales person called my colleague just now, ask him to go to the official launch, said that the event will be very happening.
The take up rate is 60% now.

There are Zefer banners at KL, can be seen at Jln Tun Razak, nearby US embassy.
Their official launch must be a big event.

The 5% non-bumi discount is not stated in the Chinese newspaper, does that discount still applicable ?

My colleague, told me a bit, kept secret a bit.
I think he booked liao, should be waiting for loan approval. If loan ok, then will proceed SPA.

Block A - Price A
Release Block B - Price A + 20K
Release Block C - Price A + 20K + 20K

Zefer is not released stage by stage, think the increase rate will base on the take up rate.
