JMB can tackle this issues, just highlight the safety concern. Piping is not a big issues, plastered ceiling easily cover it with renovation. Yes, the DB box can be concealed with kitchen cabinet.. just sacrifice one storage space only. Same goes for the exposed piping at the kitchen ceiling, do plastered ceiling to conceal it. Since new condo usually need some renovation can nego with contractor to give discount for those 2 odd placing item when do kitchen cabinet renovation & plastered ceiling. Living room on air-cond, or when heavy rain days.... condo living room humidity oso increase... so higher risk for main switch box ? Completed project after handout to buyer still under developer warranty for about 1-2 yrs dpds on projects. If developer don't want to/cant fix it then its a main issues for the buyer. Usually those investor/flippers want to sell fast at high price will get hit coz of workmanship issues.. they lost on interest pymt to bank and hard 2 sell off with low price ...so start to rumble and grumble....
