Wow.. here's still 117 unit to go on the board... I wonder how long would it take to sale the rest of it off.... thats like 32% of the entire project still unsold....

Sorry i didnt say things clearly.. what i meant to say is... if it was the market 5 years ago... ppl would probably think the price the home owners pay for Koi /Atmosfera/Zest would be over price too... plus Zefer is planned to be low density of course developer would charge a higher price for that advantage....
I'm not saying Zefer is the best or trying to make Koi/Atmosfera/Zest seem unworthy or anything... It's just each to her/his own opinion... |
