why like everybody get so blue.. for those owner which in facebook should stand as a union. upon VP then everyone should share out their things and make sure the developer to do it right. really understand that kind of feeling of developer delivering shit things to all owner.. Sigh...

i think most of the owner in atmosfera is investor. go iproperty and there are many listing. i think it is because low entry cost.

zefer now selling at higher price and i think it will be lesser percentage of investor (flip) compare to atmosfera.

I think it is hard to wake the developer up.. this is because all they care just money. the quality of work is done by the main contractor and sub contractor and they always push all responsibility to the contractor. end up they will say the contractor dissapoint them lar.. these and that lar.. they so sorry of everything turn out like that and they will give pressure to the contractor to repair all the things lar.. Sigh..

There are multiple posting on iproperty by agent who actually do not have units on hand, and after they got the potential buyers only they try to solicit from owners to sell! Worse, they pushed the price low to attract interest and then tell the owners that was the offered price! Bloody unethical!

i agree with u that there are many agent in iproperty simply put all the prices whereby they do not have a unit on hand. Sigh....

I think they are just telling you the truth. I am not try to side the developer but this is the problem which my friend and I are facing of leakage and it do happens in Condo and Apartments.

I agree very much with you that they want MAX profit..... T_T

I am agree with the terrible workmanship for atmosfera. They are really terrible in finishing and its not structural. I am standing in a very linear point of view.Because I am atmosfera owner earlier.
