hi, i just bought ge620dx-675my

but i found something "weird" going on with the display stuff....

when i run some software, especially 3ds max...
the screen will "flashing"...

not just 3ds max,sometime i open up a normal window, i maximize its size, but the content itside it wont automatically expand...

when have 2 window overlap with each other, the window on top will leave a "trace" on the bottom menu...

it seem hard to explain, so i had record it down and posted on youtube,
hope someone could help me with this T,T

ok, i had fixed it, but it doesn't show up

My problem has been solved using the this method.

I too had the same issues and i am using the AutoCad 2012, Win 7 64bit.

Install the nvidia GT 540M beta driver 275.27

Open Nvidia control panel and select as follows....

3D Settings - Manage 3D settngs - Global settings - Preferred graphics processor - Set to High performance Nvidia processor

3D Settings - Set physX confirguration - Select Geforce GT 540M

All of the above isnt new but the next step is what solved it for me.

Control Panel - Personalisation - Select a Windows 7 Basic Theme.

This turns the windows AERO interface off.

Windows uses the Aero for all windows through the intel card.

So in cad the conflict comes beacause although you have selected the nvidia card, as soon as a windows command is executed it uses the aero interface and therefore reverts back to the intel card.

Zoom operation cad crashes.

Not sure if the explantion is completely factural but its worked for me and that was the way i understood it.
