Hmm I've one story too but involving the installation contractor and not related to the agent u mention.
I'm too want to transfer my line to a new place.
To put it short the contractor was late to install and my line was cut from the old place and waited for a week.
Called for the contractor zillion times but pick up 1 call like tat.
Spotted the contractor's weird behavior during installlation : Talk with me while ignoring the calls that llterally ring through out the whole installation progress.
