Just one pair of H4 will do. It serves both high and low beam.

Myvi headlight is pretty straightforward.
If yours is on projector headlamp, then it is on H11 size.
If the headlamp is reflector type, then it is on H4 size.

You can consider the following two options:
1. Philips X-treme Vision +130% H4 - RM140/pair
2. Osram Night Breaker Unlimited +110% H4 - RM95/pair

Brightness and colour wise both are similar.
Philips usually has better lifespan as compared to Osram.
