It is on H4.
5000K is not road legal, but JPJ hardly enforce, as their target is mainly aftermarket HID.
I think none of my customers who bought 5000K bulbs kena summoned so far after so many years.

Else you can consider 4300K bulb such as Philips Crystal Vision. Thanks.

H8 is 35W low wattage bulb. Most people replace it with H11 55W higher wattage bulb. Both H8 and H11 are interchangeable, as they share the same socket.
For 4300K, you can consider Philips Crystal Vision H11, at RM160/pair. It comes with free pair of matching W5W (T10) bulb as well.
