While I was reapplying thermal paste on the graphic card, I re-route the cables a little bit. They look cleaner now.
I'm planning to put waterblock for graphic card. I can put another 240mm radiator at the bottom. So, I also need ATI 5870 waterblock (koolance / xspc), pump, reservoir & tube. What else I'm forgetting? Other than distilled water (with an anti-corrosion/anti-microbial additive), what other liquid I can use? Preferably non-conductive.

This casing is Corsair's answer to the ultimate Cooler Master 692A.
The C70 does a few thing better than the 692A at additional cost:
1) Accommodates 1 x 240mm x 60mm thick radiator in the bottom compartment with the bottom hdd cage removed. This is similar to the 692A but WAIT!
2) Accommodates 3 hdds AFTER removing the bottom bay. The 692A can only support 2 x hdd bays. With the C70, you can get a 2 x 2.5" to 3.5" bracket and mount 2 x ssd for a raid 0 setup, and still have 2 additional bays to do a raid 0 with mechanical hdd for storage. With the 692A, you can only do 2 x SSD + 1 HDD, or 2 x HDD. There is a work around for this limitation....mount the SSD in the 5.25" bay.
3) Accommodates 1 x 240mm x 35mm thick radiator on the roof of the casing. Again, similar to the 692A.
4) Hard powder coating finish on external frame. Full metal casing (felt that way in person). 692A is plastic + Metal.
5) RM180 more than CM 692A <----Ouch.
