i heard there is a 6% service charge for using the cc. So the price of the phone + prepayment + 6% divide by 12 months lo.

i am new to ivalue plan..is there any possibility for me to check how much calls and sms i made?

i dont think you can directly check. But nowadays they will send reminder thru sms saying that your call charges had exceeded 80% of your plan so beware.

For data u can check thru *136*/9#

That 6% is government service tax, the phone that u pay is not subjected to it. Only applicable for Phone bill charges

nope.. its using the cc service charge. normally vendor will bear half of it so its 3% bear by customer.

Well i m not too sure of maxis EPP plan, but digi EPP has a 6% service charge for using CC.

The 6% in Digi EPP is not cc services charges, it is relating to bill charges. Digi EPP does include 24 months bill charges + device price, so the 6% will be imposed.

ic, it does include the 24 months bill also..

However, its still charged the service charge for using the CC service.. its norm anyway.

Yes it will be rebated to your billing account.

really dont understand why they can't tell us when the stocks are coming in. every time call the customer service and ask they just keep saying no information on when stock will arrive. if even the staff in maxis working in customer service dont even know when the stocks are coming in, when the dealer give them surprise? just deliver stocks to them whenever they feel like it? and they only sell limited units a day. unlike other places just sell as much as they could.

maxis center belongs to maxis but customer service call center are outsourced service. So they really dunno.

Even those that work in the maxis center themselves also dunno when stock will arrive. Thats the best part.

ivalue packages are all for principal lines....if your supplementary line wants to be made ivalue, then it has to become main (principal) line.
