I sold something to someone and he paid me RM30 through paypal. So that means i have RM30 in my paypal account.
But i want to use the money to buy something in the currency of USD, how do i convert the rm30 into usd?

Yeap you will receive RM30 through paypal. Unless you transfer money to other people then some % charges apply. Conversion is done automatically when you were to send to others. There is a chart to select for transaction currency. You will find it easier to understand when you press buttons around. i don't think you can dear,RM to RM can for local purchase but RM to USD, cannot.
tied your credit card to paypal so you can purchase in USD.

there is no way to convert rm to usd in paypal acc..the solution is u need to topup your pp fund in usd currency..the converting currency in pp not available for malaysia, argentina and mexico if i not mistaken.
