Damn! I didn't know that the owner rent it out to afrikans. I plan to move in Aug/Sept.
I could see 2-3 owners already moved in as i saw cars at their porch around 7pm everyday.

not sure about this anymore.... no news at all from TTDI...

They said the same thing to me since last September 2011. Then, it became quite till now. Hopefully, it will come true this time.

Just called to TTDI to confirm the discount letter for Unifi. It's confirmed that the letter will be issued to all Spira owners by this week. Can't wait to get the letter and installed Unifi...
