Yours is Sephira or Aquina?

Aquina contractor is totally different from Sephira. Quality looks promising so far. Anyway, Aquina VP starts mid of July. I am all defects will be rectified.

Spira and Aquina same contractor. Not sure about Viola and Zircona.

Aquina 22x80 and 24x80 has smaller wet kitchen. On the positive side, there is 1 extra store room which can be used as maid's room.

Aquina has practical internal layout in my opinion. I like it's 1st floor spacious living room and tall ceiling which enhance air circulation and open the possibility of having the loft floor.
