I got it already. The form is available at their HQ near the Stadium. Btw, it's not working at the moment as it was struck by lightning a couple of weeks ago. Till now not fixed yet...

I just called Naza. They said TM started working 1.5 months ago but not yet completed the infra. Will take several months although honestly, the person answering at Naza does not really know the status and cannot confirm anything. So all this are just assumptions/presumptions.

Those cracks at backyard and porch walls, a lot of houses got. Mine they already tried to fix three times already but keep appearing. Am getting mad now right now waiting for next appointment with their contractor and will insists on plan for permanent solution.

Btw, got feedback from Unifi today saying need to wait till August 2013 they will try to get it faster and I need to call again end of this month. I wish Naza would be more proactive to push TM on this.

Yeah, the porch roof crack another thing. Now got watermark already. Just met the contractor and this time new supervisor so hopefully will do better job. He said will do waterproofing also.

Don't know if there will be difference between Sephira and Viola, but for mine, no need to pay MOT during receiving key. Later (several months later actually), you will get letter saying the MOT process can be started and for you to contact the lawyer. The lawyer will be able to advise you on what further actions need to be done (for me, sign some documents, hand over some photocopies of IC, S&P, etc. and pay the MOT).

If you just send email, I dont think you will get reply soon or even at all. From experience, you need to call them and point out that you had sent email to them before they read it....
